Susan McCutcheon Coutts
BA in Dance and Movement Therapy from University of Maryland, Post-Graduate Certification as Dance Therapist from U of MD; Pennsylvania Ballet Co. Choreography awards throughout the east coast; DEA “Teacher of the Year for Ballet Excellence”. Choreographer for Dance Innovations Performance Company past 18 years as guest performers for 2 shows annually at Walt Disney World, Orlando through Magic Music Days & Disney’s Performing Arts Program. Extensive performing experience for both Sea World/Orlando, and Universal Studios. Outstanding Performer’s (Choreographer) of The Year Award from Sea World, Orlando. NJPAC selected Susan for Sponsorship of a Youth Performing Company for a repeat engagement with 6 Performances in May 2005 for “Dance Jam”. Chosen to choreograph a piece for Millennium Film “Morris 2000” aired on both NJ Network and Nationally. Dance representative for the Arts Council of the Morris Area Scholarship Committee. New Jersey Dance Chairman for the National Society of Arts and Letters. Arts Council of the Morris Area recipient of the 2001 Joyce Talbot Outstanding Arts Educator Award. National recognition on outstanding teaching methods Dance Teacher Magazine 2004. Director of Arts In Education performances for the Morris Arts Council . Choreographer for the Independent Children’s Production of “Dobdinob” which premiered in March 2005. Chosen as the Overall Best Choreographer by Cathy Roe Productions, and commissioned by Cathy Roe to oversee and star in a teaching video for distribution in both the USA and Europe 2008. Choreography for the Performing Arts Educational Invitational at Carnegie Hall, Stern Auditorium 2014 & 2015 and Lincoln Center, Avery Fisher Hall in 2015 .2008 Curtain Call choreographer award. In fall 2012; “Dance Studio Life Magazine” featured an article highlighting Susan’s passion & success in mainstreaming special needs children into the regular dance class curriculum. Advisor for the Dance Innovations chapter of National Society Honor Society of Dance Arts. Susan is a highly respected Board Member and Executive Committee Member of Dance New Jersey. Selected as guest choreographer for STEPS on Broadway Performance LAB series. Susan was recently awarded 2014 Dance studio Life magazine “ Generous Heart” for her important work in welcoming, supporting and educating specials need students.

Hip Hop performer, choreographer and master workshop instructor throughout the Tri-State Area. Performances include World of Dance, Syabrite, Carnival and Pulse to name a few.
Master in Education from University of Zagreb, Croatia. Certified NYC Ballet workout. ABT certified teacher pre primary through level 5of the ABT National Training Curriculum. Performed with Corps de Ballet in the Croatia National Theater.
